Warranty Policy

engineering 90-Day Workmanship Warranty

Multi Locksmith LLC stands behind the quality of our professional services. All labor and installation services performed by our licensed technicians are covered by a 90-Day Workmanship Warranty. If any issue arises directly related to the quality of our installation or service within 90 days of completion, we will return to inspect and rectify the issue at no additional labor cost to the customer. This warranty covers structural alignments, cylinder rekeying, and master key system deployments performed within Montgomery County, MD.

hardware Hardware and Product Warranty

Hardware provided and installed by Multi Locksmith LLC (including Schlage, Kwikset, Medeco, and other professional-grade brands) is subject to the original manufacturer's warranty.

• check_circle In the event of a product failure covered by the manufacturer, Multi Locksmith LLC will assist in the replacement process. Please note that while the part may be covered, labor for replacement after the initial 90-day period may incur a standard service call fee.

car_repair Automotive Locksmith Services

Automotive key programming and cutting services are guaranteed at the time of delivery. Due to the complex nature of vehicle electronic systems and external factors (such as battery health or existing onboard computer issues), automotive software programming is warranted for 30 days. We guarantee that the key or remote provided will function as intended at the time of service.

assignment_turned_in Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our dispatch office at 240-706-4799 with your original receipt or invoice number. Claims must be filed within the warranty period relative to the original service date. A technician will be dispatched to assess the claim; if the issue is found to be unrelated to the original service or falls under "Warranty Exclusions," a standard diagnostic fee may apply.

Multi Locksmith LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or hardware. Our total liability is limited to the original service fee paid by the customer.
